Hello.
I’m an internationally accomplished professional with 20+ years of hands-on experience designing and delivering complex programs, operations, and client initiatives across global teams and partnerships. I lead with an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy building relationships, processes, and teams from the ground up.
For over a decade, I served as Managing Director and co-founder of Percolate Galactic — an independent, award-winning global advertising agency, creative studio, and production house based in Jakarta, Indonesia and Singapore. There, I led multi-disciplinary teams to deliver work from concept to completion for world-renowned clients including Disney, Paramount, Google, Warner Bros. Discovery, Meta, and USAID, earning recognition from Sundance, SXSW, the Webby Awards, and the Shorty Awards.
Concurrently, I founded and ran Galaktik Good, a nonprofit that paired evidence-based social & behavior change communication (SBCC) with world-class creative strategy, delivering culturally resonant campaigns that reached millions and generated measurable social impact.
An AmeriCorps alum with a background in social work, I’ve championed Sexual & Reproductive Health & Rights (SRHR), social equity, and gender justice initiatives, building inclusive, high-performing teams and amplifying BIPOC and LGBTQI+ voices across sectors.
My journey — from helping to shape Southeast Asia’s creative economy to bringing my global insights back to Seattle — reflects a career defined by purpose, creativity, and impact. I'm currently applying that experience in my role as Strategy Director at The Vida Agency, where I design and manage data-driven campaigns for public and private sector clients across Washington State.
I occasionally provide freelance creative and strategic consulting services across multiple industries and sectors for select clients. Recent projects include work for GIPHY, Marvel, Ogilvy Paris, Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN), and Grounded Solutions Network.

Evaluating the Efficacy of a Social Media–Based Intervention (Warna-Warni Waktu) to Improve Body Image Among Young Indonesian Women: Parallel Randomized Controlled Trial
Body dissatisfaction is a global issue, particularly among adolescent girls and young women. Effective body image interventions exist but face barriers to scaling up, particularly in lower- and middle-income countries, such as Indonesia, where a need exists. We aimed to evaluate the acceptability and efficacy of Warna-Warni Waktu, a social media–based, fictional 6-episode video series with self-guided web-based activities for improving body image among young Indonesian adolescent girls and young women. We hypothesized that Warna-Warni Waktu would increase trait body satisfaction and mood and decrease internalization of appearance ideals and skin shade dissatisfaction relative to the waitlist control condition. We also anticipated improvements in state body satisfaction and mood immediately following each video.
